immediately broke, no replacement parts

I was very excited about this scratch tree, but unfortunately one of the screws embedded in the plastic part fell out while I was putting it together. The quality of the plastic that holds the pieces together seems to be very poor, which is a pity because otherwise it is a nice cat toy. The company didn't provide any replacement parts when I contacted them, even against payment, so I won't be able to use it at all. Very unpleasant experience and waste of money.
